Yes marathon #55 in the NM desert was successful, now prepping for Boston # 8!

Seems to me that the only sure conclusion from this economic tsunami, is that the days of “business as usual” are over.
As a consequence, another important trend seems to be that the days of “going it alone” are over too…and the new MO is to leverage Partnerships.

Before, you could go to the bank, get your loans and buy….now, there is a need to financing, lending, appraisal assist;
Before, you could write your own newsletter, stuff the envelopes, lick the stamps, mail it out…now, there is a need for creating and updating your web-site;
Before, you managed demand on your own…now, everyone is providing incentives, seeking referrals and making value added offers along with local ccompetitors and vendors and propsects…

or are you? Are you seeking and working and developing and strengthening Partnerships?

That’s what PAII was all about – not just meeting new Vendors, establishing new Partnerships.
